Start with the clearest clue
Five objects, five slots.
Work through distance, adjacency and between clues →
- Select a cabinet from the collection.
- Read the evidence. Slot 1 is the leftmost slot; slot 5 is the rightmost.
- Select an object, then select its destination slot.
- Choose Check arrangement to see clue feedback.
- Fill every slot and satisfy every clue, then check to record the cabinet solved.
Worked solutions
Reveal worked solution asks before showing the answer. It counts as a hint, leaves your board unchanged and does not mark a cabinet solved. The explanation begins with all 120 possible orders, applies the clues in order and shows how many possibilities survive each step.
Additional collections
Compatible collection JSON files add cabinets without replacing existing progress. Up to three collections can be installed, with 20 cabinets per file and a 200 KB file limit. No additional collection is currently on sale. A complete progress backup contains installed collection content as well as boards and histories; keep it private if the content was licensed to you. New backups have a 2 MB limit. Older progress-only backups still work and retain installed collections.
Moving and removing
Moving an object already on the board swaps it with an occupied destination. Placing an unplaced object into an occupied slot returns the displaced object to the palette. Remove clears one slot. Undo reverses the last placement or removal.
Reading the clues
Neighbors occupy consecutive slots. A distance is the difference between slot numbers. Between means strictly between two objects in either order, not necessarily immediately next to them. A clue involving an unplaced object remains unresolved.
Hints and checks
The first hint highlights an existing clue. Later hints reveal a correct placement without moving anything. Hints do not count as a solved puzzle; use Check arrangement. Moving or undoing a solved board removes its current solved state until checked again.
Saved progress
Progress saves in this browser after game actions. Another tab’s changed save is protected from overwrite; download your current progress copy before reloading if there is a conflict. Restore the downloaded JSON to replace the whole progress collection after confirmation. Backups are validated against cabinet versions and board rules, with a 2 MB file limit. Clearing browser data removes saved progress. There is no cloud sync or guaranteed offline loading.
